After a flurry of Cyber Monday activity, we've got lots of fun local news to share!

Sunset District Supervisor Katy Tang put together a great gift guide featuring lots of talented buds from the neighborhood. Perfect for holiday shoppers (window or otherwise...).

Tonight, head to Collector Art Shop in Jack London Square (across the Bay) for an Oakland First Fridays artist reception featuring work from Eric and a super crew of creative folks.

And Saturday, our friends at The Little Lodge are hosting a pop-up-mini-maker-craft-fair at their sweet 12th Avenue spot. Stop by for guaranteed handmade goodness and good cheer.

Don't forget to check out our own Festive Fish Lists, which our favorite stuff from our favorite folks in the city (on Pinterest, too!)

My favorite thing this week is our holiday tree at the studio.  Ain’t it the shiznit?

Take a stroll down Ocean Beach south of Sloat Boulevard and this is some of the stuff you will see.

This has been a great week for words with friends; yay for pieces published in a pair of mags (Kinfolk and Gray) along with stories by two great pals and super writers, Diana Budds and Andy Wright. Made me really, really happy to share print space with such awesome gals.
