RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have any problem with something you ordered from us, just email or call us and we’ll be happy to help.

Exchanges are easy - just return your item to our store and you will get a full credit towards your next purchase.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping via the USPS is provided at no additional charge for orders over $50.00.  Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve sent your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Priority International from the USPS is our recommended shipping service for international orders, as it is the fastest and most secure.  Expect your order to arrive in two weeks, as they have to clear customs. 

Fees vary depending on the item(s) ordered. 

STORE PICKUP

Prefer to pick your order up in person? We offer the option of store pickup as a shipping method, which means you get to come by our lovely studio during business hours to pick up your order at your convenience!

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal payments.  NOTE: Paypal payments are processed automatically when you submit your order. If you pay with a credit card, we will take your payment when we process your order.

SALES TAX

We are required to charge 8.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to California addresses.

GIFT MESSAGE

If your order is a gift, and you would like a gift card included to the recipient, please type your message in the comments during checkout and we'll handwrite it on a card for you.
