First appearing in the 1971 film Godzilla vs. Hedorah, this pollution-born kaiju feeds on industrial waste, growing into an enormous, toxic creature capable of spreading destruction wherever it goes. In this original woodcut, Hedorah rises ominously above the industrial landscape of the East Bay, surrounded by smokestacks, factories, and the haze that give it life.
